Hello! My name is Essie, I’m 24 and this is my small blog about my goal to a fit body. I have been dieting and working out to achieve my goal to go from 208 lbs to 120lbs.

Goal #5 (120): To finally meet the man of my dreams & commence my happy life.
With this blog, I want to post my daily intakes (i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). Along with my workouts & new regimes, calories burned.
*GOAL* I don’t want to be skinny, I want to be healthy. I want to have a great life, free of diseases/sicknesses, have a great body to feel happy with myself & bring joy to my mother, who I know, deep inside wishes I was healthier than what I am.
